2+ Years in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

Job Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor and improve key metrics such as:CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR
Perform keyword research and SEO optimization
Manage and optimize landing pages for better conversions
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and funnels
Analyze campaign performance and generate reports
Work closely with designers and developers for campaign execution
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Skills

Strong experience with:Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Good understanding of:SEO (On-page & basic technical SEO)
Conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Experience with:Campaign budgeting and scaling
Audience targeting and segmentation
